Personal training

Bear Performance subscriptions what are they and how do they work? The Subscription works on a Direct Debit system Billing you every month. You choose a TIER that best suits want you want to get out of your personal training journey.

Subscription membership

Subscription memberships are the best value for money option you get 3 tiers to choose from.

Pay as you go

Pay as you go well that is nice and simple by each session as you go but there isn’t any savings on this option.

Sports Development Coaching is for people that want to get the best results possible in sports. The difference from personal training is that this programme is specifically designed around the sport you play. We focus on the fitness, training mentality, nutrition, and lifestyle for your said sports.

NUTRITION ADVICE & PLANNING

I’ll start of by saying I’m not a qualified nutritionist.
But this does not mean I ignore nutrition oh my no, I have a different approach on nutrition then a lot of other trainers out there. It’s a more “real life approach” I mostly give clients advice on what they should and could be eating day by day week by week. I also use nutrition diary apps to make sure your keeping a dairy of daily food intake.
I do make full nutrition plans but these either are included in my high tier subscriptions or a one-off Payment to anyone that would just want a nutrition programme and nothing else. you can find these costs in my pricing page.

Hi, my name is “Josh George” (I’m the guy in that picture) brand ambassador of Bear Performance, Fitness fanatic, overall cool guy…. well I like to think anyways.
Physical training is my biggest passion in life. But this isn’t without struggle. I used to be a very lethargic guy when I was younger and loved junk food and video games, not a good combo for health and fitness, right?
This all changed when I went to my first sports club. I suffered a lot of anger issues when I was a kid so in an attempt to help those issues my mum took me to the local boxing club to give it a try and that’s where it happened the love for everything sport and fitness hit me, just like when I hit the floor after doing just 10 burpees… that’s right JUST 10!! I was exhausted after the session but I remember wanting to get back so I could get 20 burpees done then 30 then 40! You can guess how the rest goes.
"The moral of my little story is that it does not matter who, what, where or when. Starting your fitness journey to a better and healthier life can start at any point of your life and at any level."
